The Latest Updates in HubSpot That Matter
Unlike the big players, SMBs or mid-market don’t typically have the resources to configure AI agents from scratch. At INBOUND25, HubSpot focused on filling this gap by releasing pre-built, customizable AI innovations that businesses can use on top of their platforms.
Here’s a breakdown of all you need to know:
An All-New Data Hub
Broken data is the #1 problem holding teams back. Reports suggest that most businesses operate on only 20% data visibility, as the rest is scattered[i]. To tackle this challenge, HubSpot released a brand-new Data Hub.
Data Hub is a simpler and more powerful version of Operations Hub. It democratizes data power by combining signals from across marketing, sales, service, warehouses, databases, documents, and apps. It then enriches, cleans, and deduplicates the data using AI to provide a more accurate and complete customer story to teams.
Smart CRM Gets Reimagined
HubSpot CRM is no longer just a database of records. It will now include Data Hub for flexible CRM views. This allows users to visualize data beyond static tables to charts, boards, and timelines.
The self-generating CRM data will learn from HubSpot’s database, user interactions, and Smart Properties to keep records up-to-date in real-time. Additionally, Smart Insights will surface useful insights automatically using AI with recommended next steps.
18 New Breeze Agents
At INBOUND25, HubSpot announced 18 new Breeze Agents in beta for its AI-integrated suite. These include seven agents for marketing, six agents for sales teams, and five agents for customer service.

The spotlight was on these three Breeze Agents in particular:
Data Agent: The Data Agent combs through CRM records, transcripts, documents, and even external web sources to gather insights and respond to customer queries. The information sourced online can also be incorporated directly into Smart CRM.
Customer Agent: Breeze Customer Agent is evolving into an AI concierge with new features to qualify leads in real-time, manage cross-channel user interactions, and deliver tailored responses.
Prospecting Agent: The Prospecting Agent acts like a sales rep and automates monitoring buying signals and reaching target prospects. It offers advanced customization of selling profiles and support for multilingual interactions.
Breeze Copilot Evolves to Assistants
Breeze Copilot has been reintroduced as Breeze Assistant with a significant functionality boost. It now serves as a companion within HubSpot, supporting users throughout their workflows.
Breeze Assistant retains user preferences and applies them across tasks to make interactions more relevant. On top of this, HubSpot rolled out Custom Assistants, which can be tailored to an organization’s unique processes and needs to streamline tasks for employees.
A CPQ Solution to Commerce Hub
HubSpot added an AI-powered CPQ to its Commerce Hub. It is a quoting tool that combines CPQ, billing, and payments in one platform. By automating quote generation, approvals, and payments, it enables sales teams to close deals quickly.
It also offers a Closing Agent to answer buyer questions and a Product Builder with Flexible Approvals. The latter enables reps to configure products, set fixed prices, build tiered structures, and create approval workflows.
Introduced the Loop Marketing Playbook
With 60% of Google searches ending with zero clicks[ii], marketing is undergoing a fundamental shift. To navigate this new terrain, HubSpot introduced Loop, a new marketing playbook for growth in the AI era.
Loop comprises four interconnected stages:

Express: Convey your brand’s taste, tone, and point of view.
Tailor: Deliver personalized messages to each customer.
Amplify: Expand reach across human and AI channels.
Evolve: Put strategies into action and iterate in real-time.
New Marketing Studio & Marketing Hub Features
Besides the loop playbook, HubSpot introduced several updates for AI-driven marketing. These include:
Segments: “Lists” are being rebranded as Segments, and will provide a unified hub for building precise audience groups with AI recommendations. It will also enable tailoring website pages, CTAs, and more based on web visitor segments within the app.
Personalization: The new Personalization app and agent will offer a dedicated space for managing, creating, and reporting on tailored web experiences.
Marketing Studio: Marketing Studio is replacing “Marketing Campaigns” with an AI-powered, drag-and-drop canvas to help teams plan, create, and launch multi-channel campaigns collaboratively.
AI-Powered Email: AI helps draft branded emails with dynamic personalization for each recipient. It also predicts who engages and when (engagement optimization + send-time optimization features) and delivers performance insights instantly.
HubSpot Rebranding to a New Look
Alongside new tools, HubSpot rolled out a new brand look. The redesign trades the old orange-heavy palette for clean, contemporary tones of teal, cream, and neutral hues.
This update gives the platform a sleeker, more intuitive feel. Beyond aesthetics, it reflects HubSpot’s vision for a unified, AI-powered future it is driving.
The Big Picture
With these updates, HubSpot is stepping up as a connected intelligence platform, where the Data Hub gives every team the full customer picture, Breeze Agents and AI Assistants turn insights into action, and Marketing, Sales, Service, and Success reinforce one another in a continuous loop.
There’s far more to unpack here than a single blog post can cover. In the weeks ahead, we’ll break down the most impactful updates in detail. So stay tuned for that!
