Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and solving problems, improving business processes, and achieving business goals. Your role is to gather and analyze data, communicate with stakeholders, and develop recommendations for improvement. Also, this role involves gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends and patterns, and developing solutions to problems.
At Grazitti, we are actively seeking a Business Analyst with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an MBA and 2–5 years of experience in the field. Because the position requires extensive interaction with others, a business analyst must possess above average interpersonal and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Describe the actual and anticipated requirements.
- Perform requirement analysis.
- Understand the various platforms and suggest the optimum solution.
- Highlight the challenges and key performance areas.
- Help the development team to resolve the queries and requirement related issues.
- Perform user acceptance testing.
- Monitor deliveries and highlight suspected delays in advance.
- Help the team to strengthen the audit and development processes.
- Excellent skill of presenting the requirement and proposed solution.
- Adherence to internal QMS (Quality Management System) procedures & Information Security Controls according to implemented ISMS (Information Security Management System) of the Organization.
- Report immediate Reporting Manager/Supervisor related to incidents.
