Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative for SearchUnify, Graitti’s AI-empowered enterprise search product, you will be responsible for customer acquisition. Your duties will include cold calling potential customers, acquiring client business referrals, and web leads. You will be expected to provide our potential clients with information related to our services and products, and any additional presentations, when needed.

As a leading IT services provider, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with 3+ years of relevant experience and based in San Francisco, USA to join us for SearchUnify sales engagement. SearchUnify is an out-of-the-box AI-driven enterprise search product by Grazitti Interactive. As a Sales Development Representative for SearchUnify, you will be working with a number of Fortune 500 clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Prepare prospect calls, while conducting company background research and collecting other pertinent lead information.
  • Identify customer’s buying trends and provide reports to management.
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Work with the sales team while closing sales.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and, quarterly performance and sales metrics.
  • Build pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales.
  • Maintain database (Salesforce, CRM, Zoho, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure that the team goals are met.
