Job Description
We’re looking for a Partner Manager to support and grow Grazitti’s global partner ecosystem. In this role, you’ll manage existing partnerships, onboard new partners, and drive joint go-to-market initiatives to expand pipeline and revenue.
You’ll work closely with partner teams, internal sales, marketing, and technical stakeholders to strengthen alignment, enable partners, and ensure consistent engagement across geographies.

Key Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, Channel Sales, or B2B SaaS/Services GTM roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with executive presence.
- Good understanding of professional services, SaaS, and solution-selling approaches.
- Experience working with account executives, marketing teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage partner relationships across geographies and drive engagement.
- Experience in partner onboarding, enablement, and joint GTM execution.
- Ability to conduct partner meetings, demos, workshops, and enablement sessions.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in tracking partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics for partner management.
Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners across geographies.
- Build AE-to-AE mapping, strengthen account alignment, and drive ongoing engagement.
- Promote Grazitti’s services, capabilities, and success stories within partner organizations.
- Maintain and update the partner contact database in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Identify and onboard new partners across platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft, and Shopify.
- Support partnership tier upgrades by analyzing requirements and defining upgrade roadmaps.
- Co-build joint go-to-market strategies to drive services and SearchUnify pipeline.
- Generate partner referrals and influenced leads, and track partner-influenced revenue.
- Ensure timely renewals for paid partnerships.
- Manage partner technology instances and coordinate testing and connector development.
- Drive engagement with AEs, technical teams, and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, demos, workshops, and partner enablement programs.
- Support joint marketing initiatives, including webinars, co-marketing campaigns, PR, events, and SKO participation.
- Share partner insights internally and align sales teams on partner updates and opportunities.
