Job Description

As a Presales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the technical and delivery relations with the company’s customers. You will be assisting the sales team to craft a sales pitch, conduct market scoping, identify the customer’s pain points, recognize qualifying prospects, and act as knowledge support for the sales team. You will also be working with the technical team on POC planning and conduct market research on the latest trends.

As a leading IT services provider, we are looking for somebody with 5 – 10 years of experience as a presales consultant to join our office in Panchkula. As a Presales Manager for SearchUnify—Grazitti’s enterprise search product—you will be working with a number of Fortune 500 clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Be the main focal point of the customer for all the project deliveries within the account.
  • Manage customer satisfaction through all deliveries.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other internal and externals stakeholders.
  • Research on customer pain points and build up product offerings in line with industry demands.
  • Participate in creation of handover plans and work with the delivery team during the handover period.
  • Help sales team in qualifying leads and marketing team in preparing target profiles for paid campaigns.
  • Build a repository for effective sales pitches.
