Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Lead to drive end-to-end CRM implementations across diverse business use cases. You will lead development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, manage integrations, and guide teams to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions.

If you have strong technical expertise in Salesforce, along with leadership in solution design, development, integrations, and DevOps, this role is the right fit.

Key Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with leadership exposure.
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce custom development.
  • Strong command over Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, and Gearset.
  • Strong experience in system architecture, scalability, and integrations.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Salesforce Application Architect certification.

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and secure architecture.
  • Oversee development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
  • Mentor and guide developers and administrators.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows using DevOps tools.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce platforms.
  • Optimize system performance and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and incorporate relevant enhancements.
