We’re looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality across Salesforce and related platforms.

If you have strong experience in Agile methodologies and managing multiple projects, this role is the right fit.

Key Skills

  • 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/software projects.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • High adaptability and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Gather and understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Handle project scope, changes, and priorities effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team performance.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting using project management tools.
