As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will have end-to-end ownership of architecting and documenting technical solutions based on project requirements and best industry practices.
You will also be required to enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
We are looking to hire a Senior Salesforce Developer in the US/Canada with 5+ years of experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in delivering business consulting and systems development.

Key Skills
- Salesforce Product Suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
- OOP, design patterns, and enterprise application integration.
Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Must have the ability to design solutions in SFDC/Force.com based on Business Requirement Documentation to produce technically sound design documents and solution design.
- Should be able to produce prototype configuration in SFDC/Force.com/Chatter as part of the design phase.
- Should identify gaps between the client’s current and desired end states.
- Must lead technical design sessions, and architect and document technical solutions aligned with the client’s business objectives.
- Should follow and help define coding standards.
- Should efficiently lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed.
- Should have experience developing and deploying custom end-user systems.
- Must be able to manage the technical delivery of a Salesforce implementation’s custom development, integrations, and data migration elements.
- Should be able to coordinate with various business units, development, configuration, and testing teams.
