As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be required to oversee all aspects of software and product testing within the company. Your responsibilities include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports.

As a leading IT services provider, we are looking for somebody with a Bachelor or master’s degree in CS/Engineering and 3-5 years of experience to join our Panchkula office.

Salesforce Certified Administrator Or Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Programming Experience in Java and C#.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Must work in collaboration with the project stakeholders to determine quality assurance.
Should implement testing procedures and oversee the QA process.
Should troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures.
Must create and review quality assurance reports.
Ensure successful deployment of projects into the customer environment.
Mentor junior QA resources.
Must have experience as a Salesforce Quality Analyst validating customizations and implementations.
Should have experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
Must be proficient in providing Salesforce training and end-user support.
Should be capable to work with Salesforce automation tools.
