We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our CRM team. In this role, you will design and develop custom components, improve system performance, and integrate third-party platforms. You will work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Key Skills

  • 4–6 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Certifications in Salesforce Platform Developer II, along with a minimum of four additional Salesforce certifications.
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Solid knowledge of Aura Components and Flow Builder, with exposure to flow-first architecture.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security architecture.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, Named Credentials, and Platform Events.
  • Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, custom metadata, custom settings, and dynamic Apex.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX, and Git.
  • Proficiency in declarative tools such as Validation Rules and Approval Processes.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
  • Build and maintain reusable components using Apex and LWC.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Ensure code quality using tools such as PMD and follow development best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design.
  • Maintain data security, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.
  • Contribute to CI/CD, deployment processes, and version control practices.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and implement relevant enhancements.
