    We partnered with our customer to design and implement a seamless, zero-touch renewal approval solution using n8n as the intelligent orchestration layer, tightly integrated with Salesforce and the Customer Portal.

    1. Initiation & Secure Tracking
      • Triggered Action: A Renewal Opportunity was created in Salesforce, which automatically fired a trigger to n8n.
      • ID Generation: n8n generated a unique, secure Renewal ID for tracking and security purposes.
      • CRM Mapping: This ID was mapped directly to the Salesforce Opportunity.
    2. Customer Engagement & Dynamic UI
      • Automated Outreach: n8n dispatched an email to the customer containing a clear “Review Renewal” CTA button embedded with the unique Renewal ID.
      • On-Demand Rendering: When the customer clicked the button, n8n fetched the specific Opportunity details from Salesforce.
      • Portal Integration: n8n dynamically generated a custom HTML approval page and rendered it within the Customer Portal via an iFrame for a seamless user experience.
    3. Real-Time Execution
      • Instant Decisioning: The customer selected “Accept” or “Decline” directly on the portal page.
      • Salesforce Synchronization: n8n instantly updated the Salesforce record with: Renewal status, Approval decision, Timestamp and audit metadata.
