Alok is the chief participant at Grazitti. He provides mentoring, marketing, and momentum to team Grazitti. Helping achieve marketing, sales and support outcomes that drive customer success, while growing the team exponentially year on year. He has over 25 years of marketing, technology, and consulting experience. Prior to Grazitti, has setup marketing operations companies like Regalix, founded Terasyn Technologies, a technology consulting firm and as CTO developed 3d configurators at coVeda. Alok holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Delhi and an MS from UNC, Chapel Hill.

Grazitti’s Founder, she started the firm from the proverbial garage. Neeta is responsible for Grazitti’s day to day operations, including delivery, finance as well as special projects. Neeta is a pioneer in Ajax development. Prior to Grazitti, she has worked in CoVeda, Konstruct Systems, Deltron, Continental Devices, and has spent the last 22 years in a variety of roles in outsourced product development and creating pioneering web properties like dakindia.

Shivraj has spent the last decade into directing multiple global businesses and venture-backed start-ups towards digital transformation through analytics and has helped them achieve customer success and maximize performance. He has co-founded, as well as, donned many roles in the senior level capacity for several early-stage start-ups in the Silicon Valley ranging from content syndication to digital technologies and online marketing over the course of his career. He holds a Masters Degree in Physics and Electronics from University of Allahabad and was awarded a gold medal in it.

With over 25 Years in India/South Asia and ASEAN Region, Maneesh brings in extensive start up business experience in the Software Products & Solutions space. He has extensively worked in the Banking & Insurance industry and brings additional expertise in Telecommunication industry as well. Having successfully led Sales & Pre Sales Teams, he specialises in Sales & Marketing for Software Products and Solutions in South Asia, Door Opening and Hunting, Business Development, Post Sales, CXO Interface and Client Advocacy.

Arwinder is an award-winning marketing and communications strategist with over 28 years of experience working for leading enterprises such as Capgemini, IBM, Intel, and Idea Cellular. She is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in CX transformation, marketing strategy, brand positioning, portfolio and performance marketing, partner marketing, and digital campaigns. She has developed and delivered integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns that increase the sales pipeline and foster client advocacy. Arwinder demonstrates a growth mindset and a desire for learning.

Mridula leads the HR function at Grazitti – managing growth and aspirations of an exponentially growing organization. With more than 22+ years of progressive human resource experience, her expertise in strategic talent acquisition and talent management, employee engagement and staff enhancement has been instrumental in our growth. Mridula has an MBA- HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.

Vishal leads the SearchUnify team at Grazitti Interactive. He brings a unique perspective on the impact of cognitive technology across all verticals of business. In addition to supervising all the development activities of SearchUnify, he ensures the customers' experience is as seamless as possible. He holds a B.Tech from NIT Hamirpur.

Shuchi is an accomplished ex-entrepreneur with 17 years of IT experience, specializing in management and tactical business leadership. She has worked for Infosys and Reliance Security Group in the UK and India. Shuchi excels in business administration, achieving optimal results through competent planning and a solutions-oriented approach. She has expertise in driving business growth, profitability, HR management, and strategic alliances. As an assertive leader and analytical thinker, she inspires productive working relationships with employees, clients, and partners.

Atul serves as Salesforce Lead at Grazitti. His passion for Salesforce technology, combined with dedication to customer success have been instrumental in delivering cutting-edge solutions. Atul has hands on expertise in Salesforce.com, Force.com, Dataloader, Webservice integrations (SOAP and REST), Dot Net (C#, VB.net, ASP.net), Oracle and SQL Server.

Experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the outsourcing/offshoring industry and Product Organisations with PnL responsibility. Highly skilled in Management, Strategy, Global Delivery, Client relationship, and Business Transformation. Deep experience in building and managing high-performance teams, helping enterprise-level transformations, and delivering services to some of the Top global financial institutions. International exposure of over 10 years, based out of the UK. Holds Master's in Computer (MCA) and Master's in Business Administration (MBA-Finance).

Walter is a senior-level manager specializing in operations and customer service with over 18 years of experience and proven success. His area of expertise is in the management, administration, development, implementation, and support of Salesforce. He leverages technology, provides training, and is a huge proponent of employee coaching and development and has a talent for getting them operating at peak productivity with superior service levels while developing stellar employees along the way.

Yamini has a rich experience in team building and management, with a strong blend of ‘EQ’ and ‘Business Understanding’. With 14+ years of experience, she helps focus on measurably improving relationships, enhancing employee engagement, fostering team management, building conducive culture, and increasing productivity and profitability within the organization.

Bipan leads IT & Infrastructure at Grazitti Interactive. With 19+ years' global experience, he excels in optimizing IT, monitoring efficiency, assessing/upgrading systems, IT security, and governance. He's adept at managing the IT division and stakeholder relations. His technical expertise spans IT, Project Management, Server, and Cloud Computing. He worked with a global MNC, Genpact as Manager IT Operation where he managed 11 offices in North India. Bipan holds a Master's in Computer Science from SMU India and Certifications in Project and Operation Management from Great Learning.

Hari is responsible for developing new client relationships across a range of industries. An experienced digital marketing expert with core expertise in leveraging technology and marketing for exceptional customer outcomes, he provides leadership to both inside and field sales.

Parul, a project management veteran, takes pride in managing client relationships through her exceptional management skills and passion for technology. Thanks to her excellent interpersonal skills, building a great rapport with clients comes easily to her.

With 15+ years of experience in handling various multi-domain projects across several countries, her skill set comprises project management, process enhancements, services management, account management, process auditing, invoicing, service level reporting, and more.

Nikhil has more than 13 years of global work experience in the IT engineering field and is responsible for executing and managing client deliveries for the Web Dev, Quality Assurance, and Digital Marketing teams. He has strong technical, business management, client servicing, and business strategy development skills.
Nikhil has a sound knowledge of Web Tech/Web Development, along with expert-level skills in software requirements analysis, system specifications, and software development. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from NIT Kurukshetra.

Anoop leads the Microsoft practice at Grazitti. With an experience of 15+ years in the industry, he is currently responsible for deliveries in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, and Full Stack. Anoop has hands-on expertise in Asp.net, C#, Xamarin, Silverlight, Javascript, jQuery, JSON, WCF, REST API, Angular, KnockoutJS, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Logi Analytics, Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365 Sales CRM, and SharePoint.

Ankush is a maestro in executing multiple marketing programs resulting in pipeline creation along with global marketing operations and support functions. He specializes in identifying market opportunities by monitoring industry trends and competitor strategies. Currently he is leading the marketing team in Grazitti with a high-degree of motivation to strategize, develop, execute exceptional marketing campaigns and events.He has the ability to play multiple roles across marketing, corporate strategy and sales that require analytical and creative skills.

Sapna is a Business Manager leading the Analytics team at Grazitti with 11+ years of experience in Big Data Analytics across banking and telecom industries. She has hands-on expertise in Big Data Architecture such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HDFS, Mongo DB, Python, ML, ETL and various BI tools like Tableau, Power BI.

Pankaj serves as the Digital Marketing Manager at Grazitti. Pankaj works with various teams to oversee multiple digital marketing campaigns from inception to completion, in paid, organic and social media. A Google Adwords MVP, Pankaj brings a wide-ranging understanding of traditional and new digital marketing tactics.

Vikas leads the UX design & Videos Production practice at Grazitti. He has 14 years of professional experience in creative fields i.e. UX Design and Video Production. A UX designer, prototyper & storyteller, Vikas is creative to the core. He designs innovative UX based web solutions that focuses on usability and effective content utilization & presentation according to the personas. His design philosophy and artistic approach seek to express the immediate needs of clients through creative collaboration. Innovation & experimentation are keys to his expertise.

Varun is the Lithium Community Manager at Grazitti who oversees many of the processes and functions critical to overall customer success—including Grazitti’s Lithium community delivery model process and client engagement services. A Lithium All Star, Varun’s experience with web technologies & Lithium Platform has driven dramatic, measurable results for our clients.

Currently, he is spearheading the marketing automation team with his leadership & EQ skills and a passion to drive business goals.
