    Grazitti Announces the Availability of Sinergify’s June’20 Version Release

    Sunnyvale, CA | May 31, 2020 – Grazitti announces the general availability of June’20 version release of Sinergify—a Salesforce and Jira connector and one of our premium products—from June 1, 2020. The updated version has also been made available on Salesforce AppExchange.

    Some significant upgradations have been introduced in Sinergify with the new version announcement. Aside from the general improvements and bug fixing, multiple new use cases and features have been introduced in the product.

    The new product version release is focused on improving operational workflows of Sinergify to enhance the functional efficiency of teams and cross-functional collaboration.

    Some key highlights of the new version release are as follows:

    1. Improved View of Search Result

    Earlier, when a user searched for a Jira issue, only 5 columns of various field details were visible on the search result page. Now, it is enabled for users to view as many columns as they want based on mapped fields in Jira.

    2. Bidirectional Attachment Support

    Earlier, syncing of attachments in Sinergify was one-way (Salesforce to Jira) but now the syncing of attachments is bidirectional (Salesforce to Jira and vice-versa).

    3. Change Jira Status/Transition from Salesforce

    Users can now change the status of Jira issues right from Salesforce. Also, Jira transitions, which include screens asking for additional information to change the Jira status, can be handled in Salesforce as well.

    4. Feed Item Control

    This feature enables users to link a case or any other object (based on field mapping) to a Jira issue and send comments & attachments simply using a hashtag from the feed on the case detail page.
