Grazitti Completes SSAE 16 SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II Audits

These reports validate that Grazitti has the required controls, policies, and procedures in place as per the international standards. The audit was done by KVQA Pvt. About SSAE 16

SSAE 16, also called Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements 16, is a regulation developed by the Auditing Standards Board (ASB) of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for redefining and updating how service companies report on compliance controls. The Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements 16 (SSAE 16), also known as the Service Organization Controls Report 1 (SOC 1), was formerly known as the Statement on Auditing Standards 70 (SAS 70).

An SSAE 16/ SOC 1 Type II report is focused on the financial reporting controls of a company while SSAE 16/SOC 2 Type II report is an attestation standard that examines a business’s non-financial reporting controls.
