    Grazitti Interactive Announces Email-to-Case Advance 3.0

    • View the number of comments on the ‘Case Comment’ page
    • Personalize the ‘Case Field’ and ‘Case Summary’ sections on the ‘Add Case Comment’ page
    • Search users, contacts and case team members using the ‘Auto-Suggestion’ feature
    • Search comments based on all comment channels and types on the ‘Case Comment’ page
    • Add Case team members on the ‘Add Case Comment’ page
    • Create cases and generate incoming comments for Exclude list domains and emails without creating contacts and adding them as Case team members, with the Exclude list functionality
    • Manage comments on the ‘Case Comment’ page using the pagination feature
    • View, edit, delete, and preview case comments generated from email on the ‘Case Comment’ Page
