Grazitti Interactive Announces the Availability of Sinergify V2.0 Product Release
Mountain View, CA | April 26th, 2021 – Grazitti Interactive proudly announces the general availability of Sinergify’s v2.0 product release from April 26, 2021. Sinergify is a Salesforce and Jira connector and is one of Grazitti’s flagship products. The new Sinergify v2.0 is now available on Salesforce AppExchange.
Sinergify’s v2.0 release is mainly focused on improving the operational efficiency and productivity of users with smooth workflows and improved collaboration.

What’s New in Sinergify V2.0?
There are several significant upgrades that have been introduced in Sinergify’s new product release besides general enhancements and bug fixing. The upgrades include a few new features that have been introduced along with advancements in some of the existing features.
Following are some of the key highlights of Sinergify V2.0 release:
- Multiple Jira Linking
Sinergify becomes the first product in the market to introduce the linking of multiple Jira instances with a single Salesforce Org. Earlier, only a single Jira instance could be integrated with Salesforce, now users can link up to five Jira instances with a single Salesforce org.
- Search Enhancements
Sinergify now offers more dynamic search functionality to further advance users’ search experience. The search page now fetches and showcases results based on predefined values including recent browsing and click activity.
- Improved Salesforce Object and Jira Syncing
Typically, the shadow Jira records were created in Salesforce to facilitate the syncing of data from Salesforce to Jira and vice versa. Now, we have also made an on-demand feature, which will allow direct syncing between Salesforce Object records and Jira.
For example, changing the priority or status of a Jira ticket will also update the priority and status of the linked case.
- Help Text for Jira Fields
Help text is the text that appears with a tooltip next to the mapped field to give extra information about the field for better clarity to the user. Sinergify now supports adding help text on the Jira fields for better user clarity and usability.
