IdeasPro – An Advanced Ideas Management Solution is Now Available on AppExchange

Salesforce AppExchange is an enterprise cloud marketplace with ready-to-install apps and solutions to help companies solve their business challenges related to sales, marketing, and customer experience.

IdeasPro is an advanced version of the standard ideas component on the Salesforce Experience Cloud that redefines idea management. Since the standard ‘Ideas’ component on Salesforce is not yet compatible with the Salesforce Lightning Experience, Grazitti’s IdeasPro helps overcome this and provides advanced idea management capabilities.

This Salesforce-native and Lightning-ready solution enables community managers to effectively manage ideas on Salesforce Experience Cloud with its 20+ out-of-the-box functionalities. Gamifying ideas, controlling idea submission, and auto-converting emails into ideas are some of its prominent features among others.
