Job Description

We are looking for a Pardot Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead Pardot implementations across the entire project lifecycle, including presales and discovery. In addition, you will act as a subject matter expert, advising clients and team members in Pardot best practices and helping to build a vision for their Pardot usage.   • Proven years of experience in Marketing Automation, demonstrating a deep understanding of its principles and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Pardot is essential, showcasing proficiency in its features and functionalities.
  • Ability to conceptualize, template, execute, and report on marketing campaigns effectively using Pardot.
  • Manage targeted email campaigns, email nurture programs, and social media initiatives within the Pardot platform.
  • Conduct database management and segmentation within Pardot, with additional proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL being beneficial.
  • Preferred exposure to HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for customization within the Pardot platform.
  • Additional front-end development skills like AJAX, Flash Script, and other JavaScript-based frameworks are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM integrations, particularly with Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics, to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and insights to diverse stakeholders.

  • Design, implement, and monitor automated campaigns across email and web platforms.
  • Deliver marketing assets including email templates, forms, and landing pages.
  • Advise clients on marketing strategy, automation best practices, and technical advice to optimize their Pardot usage.
  • Conduct training in and actively promote adoption of Pardot.
  • Lead requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Build lead nurturing programs.
  • Support clients in their day-to-day marketing automation operations.
  • Track records for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate project outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.
