Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with 2-6 years of experience to join our Panchkula office. The ideal candidate is responsible to provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships, implementing new programs that will increase your business’ revenue potentials and minimize churn rates.

Key Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Two to four years of relevant experience in sales, customer success, or account management.
  • Understanding of or work experience in customer support is desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to understand clients needs to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a willingness and aptitude to learn new systems and tools.
Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients by understanding their focus and needs, and proactively addressing them.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Stay abreast of company offerings and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals while adhering to best practices and quality standards.
  • Perform account mining and penetration activities to identify opportunities for upselling and increasing product adoption.
  • Provide support and solutions to clients, exceeding their expectations and illustrating the value of our products.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop business plans for existing clients.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings to foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Follow up regularly with clients to ensure their needs are being met and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
  • Keep the CRM system updated with accurate client information and interactions.
  • Close renewal deals and upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and conduct executive business reviews to showcase the value proposition to customers.
Qualifications

Other Key Responsibilities

  • Adherence to internal QMS (Quality Management System) procedures & Information Security Controls according to the implemented ISMS (Information Security Management System) of the Organization.
  • Report to immediate Reporting Manager/Supervisor related to incidents, suggestions, issues related to ISMS.
