      The new release introduces over 200 features and product updates designed to accelerate businesses’ go-to-market efforts. 

      From new Breeze capabilities to Marketing Hub Enterprise enhancements and purpose-built AI-powered Workspaces, these updates address everyday friction points marketers face when adopting AI.

      HubSpot has prioritized features that solve real workflow challenges, particularly in how teams align strategy with execution and collaborate to scale campaigns. 

      Here’s a breakdown of the key Spotlight updates every HubSpot user needs to know. 

      New and Improved Breeze Agents

      HubSpot Breeze is the AI team member every business needs. Breeze Agents act as AI assistants that automate your repetitive tasks with contextual assistance from CRM. The Spotlight introduced four new and improved Breeze Agents:

      Knowledge Base Agent (Currently in Private Beta)

      This is a new agent that is designed to help businesses enrich their Knowledge Base using existing tickets and conversations. It works with the Customer Agent to identify and fill knowledge gaps and enable better customer self-service. It assists by: 

      • Pulling answers from unstructured sources such as support tickets, calls, and emails
      • Drafting Knowledge Base articles based on how support reps respond to inquiries
      • Offering content drafts for teams to review and publish

      Customer Agent 

      The Customer Agent assists support teams by handling inquiries automatically. HubSpot reports that early users have resolved more than 50% of support tickets while cutting ticket handling time by 40% with it. The key improvements include:

      • Collaboration with Knowledge Base Agent to provide personalized answers 
      • Ability to learn from unstructured data to unlock faster training
      • Multi-channel support across channels, including WhatsApp, email, and Facebook Messenger  

      Prospecting Agent 

      The Prospecting Agent supports sales teams in scaling their efforts by researching accounts, spotting outreach opportunities, and personalizing engagement within the CRM. It helps shorten prospecting cycles and drives stronger pipeline growth. The main enhancements include: 

      • Customizable strategies for various products, buyer personas, and market segments using selling profiles
      • Automated account research for selected target accounts that gathers insights from HubSpot as well as external sources
      • Accessible across various areas of HubSpot, including the Sales Workspace, the Prospecting Agent app, and the new Target Accounts app

      Content Agent

      The Content Agent helps marketers expand their content marketing efforts by generating high-quality, relevant content. It produces tailored content across multiple formats based on campaign needs and CRM insights. The upgraded version now offers:

      • The ability to use uploaded reference files to create blog posts and landing pages
      • Smarter blog topic suggestions based on top-performing content and audience targeting
      • Automation of pre-publishing tasks, such as drafting meta descriptions, creating confirmation emails for form submissions, and adding internal links

      New Features in Marketing Hub Enterprise

      The Marketing Hub Enterprise introduced three new features to empower marketers to find and convert leads while reducing complexity.

      Lookalike Lists 

      Built on HubSpot’s AI engine, Breeze, this feature analyzes customer data in the Smart CRM. It identifies new prospects that resemble a brand’s best existing customers. This helps marketers streamline audience targeting and prioritize quality leads without heavy manual segmentation.

      Journey Automation 

      It’s a drag-and-drop interface that helps you create more automated, personalized, multi-stage customer journeys. The Journey Analytics adds real-time visibility for clearer lead reporting without the need to build multiple workflows. Additionally, Journey Governance ensures teams collaborate with the right permission and oversight.

      Multi-Account Management 

      This feature allows separate units of an organization to manage their accounts within a single portal. It offers asset copying, data mirroring, and centralized oversight to enable effortless collaboration. Marketers can reuse top-performing content across accounts to speed up execution, while the shared customer data helps deliver more consistent experiences.

      Launch of AI-Powered Workspaces 

      Workspaces are dedicated homes for each team tailored to their workflows. They provide a more intuitive user experience and bring efficiency to task management. The new AI-powered Workspaces by HubSpot include:

      Sales Workspace 

      It is an all-in-one place for your sales team to research prospects, prioritize leads, and engage to close deals. Its Predictive Deal Score spotlights high-priority opportunities, Guided Actions suggest next steps, and Deal Insights offer quick context on each deal. 

      The sales reps also get an AI Meeting Assistant, which simplifies both prep and follow-up. Additionally, a refreshed Target Accounts view further enhances account-based selling efforts.  

      Customer Success Workspace 

      This Workspace brings everything Customer Success Managers need into one centralized view. Meaning you get easy access to schedules, tasks, reports, and account details to support collaboration across teams. Its new capabilities include real-time alerts when customer health scores shift and enhanced reporting to give leaders a clear view of team performance and customer wellbeing. 

      Help Desk Workspace

      Help Desk Workspace is designed for support reps to manage incoming queries more efficiently. It provides access to open tickets, customer interactions, and AI-powered triage tools to resolve issues quickly. 

      The new capabilities include setting availability with Operating Hours, an API to add any messaging app, and Team Spaces for ticket sorting and collaboration. It also features Ticket Splitting, which makes it easier to divide complex inquiries across teams.
